In 1996 Betsy Damon organized a Keepers Of the Waters festival in Lhasa Tibet. The excerpt video presented here was produced to highlight some of the art work that was created for that festival. The mission of Keepers of the Waters Organization is to inspire and promote projects that combine art, science and community involvement to restore, preserve and remediate water sources.
