Collaborative Learning Activities Using Social Software Tools

December 19th, 2005 · 1 Comment

From Terry Anderson and Donna Cameron at Athabasca University come some great orientation-style exercises for students using social software.

These particular examples are designed for use with the University’s Me2U application but could easily be adapted for use with blogs, Flickr, del.icio.us etc. The best part is that they are really simple, can be accomplished in a small amount of time, yet allow students to learn social and technical skills that will be useful in all sorts of contexts.

The exercises are licensed by-nc 2.0 CA.
